Since its inception in 1988, ASSOCIATED PLASMATRON PVT. LTD. has continually strived to fulfill the evolving surface engineering needs of its customer base. The Company started with Plasma sprayed Ceramic coatings for Textile machinery parts in the 1990s which was at its peak then. Gradually learning the potential and diversified application across industries, the Company soon expanded its infrastructure as well as added the latest Thermal Spraying technologies such as Detonation Spray, HP-HVOF, PTAW, and so on. After witnessing exponential growth in the Thermal Spray domain, the Founders soon saw an opportunity to incorporate a Heavy Machining facility to provide end-to-end Manufacturing solutions. With the expansion of our state-of-the-art Ambarnath facility in 2014, we outrun our competitors today, by being the only AS 9100 Rev.D certified Thermal Spray coating company in the western region of INDIA. Our in-house R&D, experienced team and continual adoption of the latest technology have set us on a path of transition from a ‘Surface Solution’ to a ‘Surface Innovation’ Provider.
